  • Banana - 1
  • Bournvita - 2 tbsp
  • Frozen milk - 1 cup
  • Sugar (optional)


  1. Cut a banana into pieces.
  2. Take a mixer apartment and the bananas, Bournvita, frozen milk, and sugar(optional).
